How are workdays between two dates calculated?
The calculator counts Monday through Friday and excludes Czech public holidays that fall on a regular workday.
Are the start and end dates included?
Yes. Both boundary dates are included in the calculation. However, if either falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is not counted as a workday.
What if a public holiday falls on a weekend?
A holiday on Saturday or Sunday does not reduce the number of workdays further. The day is already non-working because it falls on a weekend.
What is the difference between workdays and calendar days?
Calendar days include every day, including weekends and holidays. Workdays on Kolikto follow a standard Monday-to-Friday week with Czech public holidays excluded. To count every day without these exclusions, use the Days between two dates.
